# Sendero Industrial Services — Sweeping Path

Status: **selected by Javi, vector refinement**. Javi selected the Sweeping Path direction and supplied the S-shaped reference used to refine this square icon. Business owner approval is not claimed.

## Identity and construction

The icon consists of two smooth vector masses. The missing space between them forms an S. At Javi's request, both mouths are wider and have matching border geometry, with the entire annotated copper upper edge straight from (100, 56) to the mouth at (200, 24). That edge is a true SVG line segment, without a curve or easing inside the span. The opposite charcoal edge is parallel, running between (76, 32) and (176, 0). Both opening spans remain 24 units on the adjoining square edges. Matching lower runs connect (100, 144) to (0, 176) and (124, 168) to (24, 200). Each full straight run extends 100 units horizontally and 32 units vertically, giving a slope of −0.32. They make the mouths exact 180-degree counterparts, with a perpendicular width of 24 × 1.32 / √1.1024, approximately 30.17 units. Tangent-aligned joins connect the straight spans to the selected flowing central S; the central bends are redrawn as Natural Sweep with tangent-continuous joins; typography and palette are retained. The cut is actually transparent: there is no limestone-colored shape, bitmap, clipping image, or background layer in the symbol SVG. Earlier revisions are preserved in the archive-narrow-mouth/, archive-wide-asymmetric/, archive-balanced-45-degree/, and archive-short-straight-mouth/ subfolders of brand/sweeping-path/.

The left mass is charcoal (#252923); the right mass is rust (#A44D2E). A single-color variant retains the same cut in black, while reversed artwork uses limestone (#F4F0E6) for both masses. Olive (#343D2D) remains part of the website system rather than a third color inside the mark.

The exact full name is **SENDERO INDUSTRIAL SERVICES**. Keep graphic details out of the SENDERO lettering. The horizontal arrangement is designed for the website header, while the stacked arrangement supports square applications. The square symbol is suitable when the full business name appears nearby.

## Typography and licensing

The SENDERO lettering is outlined from **Alfa Slab One**. This is a clean, licensed Ranch Sign-style interpretation of the selected raster direction; it is not a claim to have identified the exact typeface in generated concept imagery. The descriptor is outlined from **DM Sans**, weight 650. All active SVG lettering is actual path geometry with no live-font dependency.

Source fonts and licenses are in public/assets/fonts/: alfa-slab-one.ttf, Alfa-Slab-One-OFL.txt, dm-sans.ttf, and DM-Sans-OFL.txt. Both families are distributed under the SIL Open Font License. Website body typography is outside this logo generator's scope.

## Files and use

Active artwork is in public/assets/brand/. Use logo-horizontal.svg in the header, logo-reversed.svg on a dark surface, logo-stacked.svg in square placements, symbol.svg for the icon, and wordmark.svg where a symbol would compete with the name. Black and reversed variants and transparent PNGs accompany each arrangement. See asset-manifest.json for the complete list and dimensions.

Allow clear space of at least one-quarter the square icon width around the icon or full arrangement. Preserve the square aspect ratio. Do not add a background inside the transparent cut, distort the icon, round its outer corners, close the widened corner mouths, rotate it, add shadows, or cross the company name with a graphic. Let the application background show naturally through the S.

The horizontal artwork's 660:180 proportion fits an approximately 236 × 65 CSS-pixel header box. At small icon sizes use the symbol alone. Native 24 and 32 pixel diagnostics are in brand/sweeping-path/small-size-tests.png. Actual decal dimensions, minimum print size, embroidery suitability, and substrate color require supplier proofs; digital studies do not prove physical production.

## Application references

brand/sweeping-path/logo-reference.png provides an uncluttered limestone reference containing horizontal and stacked arrangements. Use this actual vector-derived reference for subsequent application images. brand/sweeping-path/selected-board.png shows the selected vector refinement with full-color, black, and reversed icon comparisons. Application images remain conceptual placements and must not imply existing branded vehicles, uniforms, or completed Sendero projects.

## Evidence and reproducibility

The generator is scripts/sweeping-path.mjs. It uses installed Sharp and bundled Python with FontTools to outline font glyphs and export transparent PNGs. Set BRAND_PYTHON if another Python/FontTools interpreter is used. The initial unselected identity remains archived; scripts/brand.mjs is historical and must not be run to refresh the selected artwork.

All transparent PNG variants have alpha values spanning fully transparent to fully opaque. SVG XML parsing and visual inspection of the selected board and small-size sheet accompany the handoff. This is a vector-refinement delivery following Javi's selection, not a declaration of physical production approval.
